A report shows a woman died on Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Orlando.
According to WESH 2, the most recent Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services report is from October through December 2025, and reports that a 70-year-old woman was riding Revenge of the Mummy on November 25th, 2025, when she became unresponsive.
The woman was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Her identity, as well as what caused her death, has not been released. The report also lists six injuries from Walt Disney World in the fourth quarter of the year, and no reported injuries from SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida, or Busch Gardens.
