If your art style is “I eat the exhibit,” The Artist’s Table understood the assignment. Lobster Caesar? Yes. Peppercorn striploin + au poivre butter? Loud yes. Flourless chocolate torte? Frame it. Find it near The American Adventure at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts.
We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to The Artist’s Table to try some snacks and drinks!
Menu
EPCOT’s The Artist’s Table (by The American Adventure) is serving “steakhouse, but make it Festival of the Arts.” 🎨🍽️ We’re talking a Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad, peppercorn-crusted striploin with potatoes au gratin and au poivre butter, and a dark chocolate torte that absolutely deserves its own spotlight. Wash it down with the Old Fashioned Playa Ale or go full fancy with a Caymus Cab.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
First up, we grabbed the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad with romaine and red oak lettuces, warmwater lobster, radish, herbed breadcrumbs, and house-made Caesar dressing for $8.99. This dish had big chunks of well-cooked lobster, but they weren’t buttered or seasoned at all, and it was just a luxurious lobster flavor.
The lettuce was a bit wilted, and the other toppings didn’t complement the lobster well. The raw radishes were very bitter, erasing the lobster flavor from the dish. We almost wish there were more Caesar dressing to help balance the flavors, but more would have also overpowered the lobster flavor. We are thinking there might be a reason we don’t usually see Lobster Caesar Salads on menus.
Next, we tried the Peppercorn-crusted Striploin with grilled asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and au poivre butter for $9.29. Steak, got it. Grilled asparagus, classy yet familiar. Potatoes au gratin, cheese potatoes, but with a fancy name. But “au poivre butter”? Let’s investigate that! Au poivre butter is basically the greatest hits of steakhouse flavor, condensed into a meltable little power disk. It was a great addition to this dish! But what about the rest of the dish?
The meat was cooked to medium and was thinly sliced. It was a beautiful piece of meat that was nicely marbled. You can definitely taste the peppercorn crust; it had plenty of that peppery flavor but no real heat. It added a great savory flavor. The asparagus was well-cooked, with a slight snap to it and no tough ends. We thought the potatoes were a bit overcooked and tasted a bit goopy. The
And for dessert? The Dark Chocolate Torte: a Flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberries for $6.49. We saved the best dish for last, because this one is a winner! It is rich in dark chocolate flavor, but somehow without the bitterness you usually get from dark chocolate.
While it is rich, it isn’t overly sweet, which we really enjoyed. The torte is dense and moist, and we loved the toppings. The crispies on top give a satisfying crunch when you eat this dessert fresh. It is finished with some fresh raspberries and fresh cream, which add freshness and flavor. We will definitely be back to grab this dessert again!
Drinks
In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale for $6 for 6 ounces, or $9.75 for 12 ounces. We have to say that this was a very unique beer. It might sound boring, but boy did it prove us wrong!
It is a bit hard to describe, but it reminds us of the aftertaste of drinking root beer, with that really satisfying carbonation in your nose. The flavor is also very reminiscent of that, but without all the sweetness. This beer may not be for everyone, but we definitely enjoyed it and loved its uniqueness.
And returning this year is the Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon for $13. This California-based Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for being big, plush, and crowd-pleasing. The flavor profile includes nuances of ripe, dark fruits such as blackberry jam, black cherry, and plum. It’s full-bodied, smooth, and mouth-filling, with polished, soft tannins.
OVERALL
The Dark Chocolate Torte was definitely a favorite at this booth with its rich chocolate flavor balanced with fresh raspberries and cream. We also really enjoyed the Peppercorn-crusted Striploin, but we weren’t very impressed with the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad. We also highly recommend the Playalinda Brewing Co. Old Fashioned Playa Ale if you are looking for a unique beer!
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
