The Disney World parks are FULL of closures right now, and while it’s all to make the parks better, it does mean it’s a little hard to experience some of your favorite offerings or try something new.
Over in EPCOT, Festival of the Arts is getting ready to begin this week, but there’s one popular location that unfortunately won’t be taking part in having a festival offering this year. If you were hoping to hit up Refreshment Port for their specialized or regular poutine, this is your reminder that it’ll be CLOSED for refurbishment starting on January 12th, 2026.
Refreshment Port will close for its lengthy refurbishment starting on January 12th, and there’s currently no reopening date listed. Considering the Festival of the Arts takes place from January 16th to February 23rd this year, and festival menus have been fully released, this spot won’t be included in the lineup this year.
In 2025, you could grab any of the following options at this spot during the festival, and some of them have moved elsewhere this time around!
- Caprese Poutine (Not available at all at this festival)
- Traditional Poutine (Not available at all at this festival)
- Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie (available at Refreshment Outpost during the 2026 Festival of the Arts)
- 81 Bay Brewing Co. Italian Pilsner (Not available at all at this festival)
- Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo (available at Refreshment Outpost during 2026 Festival of the Arts)
It’s also possible this spot could still be closed for EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival, which will take place from March 4th to June 1st, but we’ll have to wait and see! If you’re really craving poutine in Disney World, you’ll want to head over to The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs, which is home to some pretty amazing options you won’t want to miss.
