If you’re flying in or out of Orlando International Airport (MCO) this month, you’ll find something happening that you may not expect!
For the holiday season, the airport is decked out in holiday decor, but there’s also something new taking place through the rest of this month, no matter what terminal you’re in — live music!
MCO Airport just released some photos on their social media, sharing that throughout this month, they’ll be having live music performances with different artists. Here’s a look at the schedule:
- December 20th: Magic of Bronze, Community Handbell Ensemble, 1 PM–3 PM at Gates 70–129 Checkpoint
- December 21st: Caricature Artists, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 70–129 Checkpoint
- December 22nd: Hotwired, Jazz Trio. 11 AM–2 PM at Terminal B Food Court
- December 23rd: New World Music, Flute & Drum Duo, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
- December 23rd: The Dickens Carolers, Costumed Quartet, 12 PM-3 PM Roving Terminals A & B
- December 24th: Marc E, Smooth Jazz/Spanish Guitarist, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
- December 26th: Mike Petrovich, Spanish Guitarist, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
- December 27th: Johnny Magnuson, Saxophonist, 4 PM–7 PM at Terminal C Level 2
- December 28th: Rob Hazen, Guitarist, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
- December 29th: Hotwired, Jazz Trio, 11 AM–2 PM at Terminal B Food Court
- December 30th: Rita Kay Duo, Acoustic Guitarist & Vocalist, 11 AM-2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
- December 31st: Richie Hughes, Steel Drums, 11 AM–2 PM at Gates 1–59 Checkpoint
These performances will continue in all terminals throughout the rest of December as a way to bring holiday cheer to all, which we think is very fun! However, if you’re someone who gets bothered by noise, you may want to head the other way if you see them setting up or hear music from elsewhere.
