As Universal’s Epic Universe moves into its second year of operation in 2026, many guests are planning their first (or in some cases, return) visit to the resort’s newest theme park.
As someone who’s been visiting theme parks for well over 30 years, I can’t wait to get back to Epic Universe. The park’s detailed portals and headline attractions are some of the best I’ve ever personally experienced (I’m looking at you, Monsters Unchained), and I would highly recommend the park to other themed entertainment fans. Once you decide to go, the next question is when, and that’s where watching the calendar comes into play.
In the fall of 2025, Universal released its 2026 ticket prices, including for Epic Universe. As is typical in the theme park space, tickets for the park are priced based on date. For 2026, single-day tickets range between $139 and $199 a day.
The cheapest single-day tickets of the year overall are August 31st and September 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, and 10th, all of which cost $139.
The cheapest dates in each of the 10 other months are as follows:
- January: 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 16th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th for $164 a day.
- February: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th for $164 a day.
- March: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th for $174 a day.
- April: 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th for $169 a day.
- May: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th for $169 a day.
- June: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th for $174 a day.
- July: 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st for $179 a day.
- October: 1st is $164.
- November: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 30th are $159 a day.
- December: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are $159 a day.
