Happy November, DFB friends. Well, one of the things you might know about the beginning of each month is that we often see some Disney World restaurants change up their menus and offer new specials. That includes one of our favorite spots to get cookies, Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs.
Stuffed Sugar Cookie
Gideon’s Bakehouse is going ALL IN on November and bringing back their limited Stuffed Sugar Cookies, which have previously only been available for a weekend here, a weekend there. Well, in November, you’ll be able to get those cookies ALL MONTH LONG.
Four flavors of Stuffed Sugar Cookies will be available throughout November at Gideon’s Bakehouse. From November 1st through November 7th, you’ll want to grab the Original Stuffed Sugar Cookie, the Vanilla Cream Cheese. This is a vanilla bean sugar cookie stuffed with delicious cream cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Filling
On November 8th through 15th, you can grab the Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed Sugar Cookie. The Birthday Cake Stuffed Sugar Cookie will be available from November 15th through 21st. From November 22nd through 30th, grab the Pumpkin Cheesecake Stuffed Sugar Cookie.

You can also get a Dutch Apple Pie Cake throughout the month of November. It’s made with Apple Spice Cake layers covered with a salty and sweet Apple Caramel Buttercream and filled with traditional Apple Pie Filling and an Oat Crumb topping.

Gideon’s is also bringing a Mexican Chocolate Nitro Cold Brew to its menu in November. This cold brew is made with dark chocolate and cinnamon.
You’ll want to make sure you visit Gideon’s Bakehouse this month to try this new menu!
