There are LOTS of construction walls up in Disney World right now! You will find walls up around Pueblo Esperanza in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Piston Peak National Park in Magic Kingdom, the new Monsters, Inc. land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and various other spots where construction is happening in Disney World. There are also some walls up in Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios around what has been rumored to be a new snack stand, and today, we got a FIRST LOOK at this new spot!
We have been keeping a close eye on this spot, curious about what would pop up. Well, now we have our first look at the new snack stand that has “popped” up over the top of the construction wall! Disney hasn’t officially confirmed that it is a new snack stand yet, but based on what we are seeing, we are pretty confident it will eventually be a snack stand.
We are getting our first look at what is being built behind the walls in Toy Story Land! A segment of the new building is now visible above the wall, and we can see part of a popcorn bucket. It is a knocked-over popcorn bucket, and we can make out part of the name saying “and Snacks.” We are thinking this wording on the side of the building is pretty good confirmation it will be a snack stand!
We are loving the theming, and it fits right in inside Toy Story Land. If this location is indeed a snack stand, we are going to make a wild guess that we will likely see some popcorn here. But we are also hopeful that it might offer more variety, too. Maybe some fun treats that feature popcorn? Only time will tell!
There is also another spot that is surrounded by construction walls across from the knocked-over popcorn bucket. We still can’t see anything above the walls over there, but we are guessing it could be some sort of seating area for the new snack stand. However, only time will tell what this area will be! Disney hasn’t officially announced the new snack stand yet, nor has it revealed when it will open. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more about this new Toy Story Land location.
