There are so many amazing Disney World snacks!

The ICONIC Mickey Ice Cream Bar!
Over in Magic Kingdom, there are so many snacks that make the parks what they are! From table service dining to quick service favorites, it can be hard to know where to start! That’s why we’re breaking down the 18 things we’re literally begging you to eat on your next stop by Cinderella Castle.
Deciding where to eat at Magic Kingdom and, more importantly, where the BEST eats are around the park can be tough if you’ve never visited before or if it’s been a while since your last visit. Luckily for you, it’s our JOB to eat around Disney World, and we’ve eaten it all!

Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle
One of the most asked questions I get as a Disney Food Blog writer and reporter is “What’s your favorite to eat?” Well, that’s a hard question that depends on the day and how I’m feeling. So, we decided to come up with a comprehensive list of favorites you’ll find throughout the park for all kinds of options, ranging from something sweet to the savoriest of all.
Here’s a complete list of EVERYTHING we’re begging you not to skip on during your next visit to Magic Kingdom!
Casey’s Corner
Casey’s Corner is one of our favorite quick-service spots to grab a quick bite to eat. If you’re stopping by this little slice of Heaven on the corner of Main Street U.S.A., you HAVE to grab the Corn Dog Nuggets (and side of plastic cheese while you’re at it)!

Crunchy Corn Dog Nuggets with Cheesy Goodness
We’re constantly raving about these little nuggets because they work for most appetites, adults and kid approved, and they’re a versatile snack for when you want to sit for a few minutes or if you’re looking to keep moving. But they’re made even better when you order a side of cheese sauce (which we lovingly have dubbed “plastic cheese”) due to its shiny, runny consistency. The warm cheddar cheese sauce you might typically pair with a side of salty nacho chips goes perfectly with this savory snack!

The Friar’s Nook
Ok — stay with us here because this is one of the most underrated restaurants you’ll find in all of Magic Kingdom. The Friar’s Nook is where you’ll find a few of our favorites in one fell swoop, like the Cheddar Bacon Ranch Tots…

Loaded tots

The donuts!
This spot is hardly ever super busy, and since the restaurant is one of those that you walk up to, place your order, and then find a seat nearby, it’s usually not hard to snag your snacks quickly. The Cheddar Bacon Ranch Tots are our go-to when we want an early breakfast or mid-day snack that won’t leave us super full afterwards, and the Caramel Apple Doughnuts are just the sweet thing to hit the spot without leaving our mouths aching in sweetness.

Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper’s Canteen
Alright, this next one is truly an IYKYK type situation, but since we’re friends here, we’re letting you in on one of the best-kept secrets in all of Magic Kingdom. When you’re dining at Skipper’s Canteen, do yourself a favor and don’t forget to ask about their secret menu items.

Like we would ever turn down Cheese Bread
This is when your server will likely suggest the Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo) that you won’t find on the printed menus anywhere. We’re insisting this is 1000% worth the ask, though! They’re bite-sized gooey cheese rolled into balls, covered in a thin layer of breading, and they even come with sauce to dip them in!
REVIEW: This Secret Menu Is STILL One Of The Best Deals in Magic Kingdom!
Gaston’s Tavern
This is one restaurant where you could purchase practically anything in this place, and we’d tell you it’s one of our favorites with reckless abandon — and you’d still be right! But, if you’re looking to get specific, we’re HUGE fans of the Warm Cinnamon Roll…

Delicious breakfast
…Ham and Gruyere Sandwich…

Inside
…and LeFou’s Brew.

LeFou’s Brew
We can’t say enough good things about the creamy, warm Gruyère cheese smothering the ham sandwich or the ginormous and sweet smells of the cinnamon roll. But you’re going to need something to wash it all down with, and that’s where the sweet but at times tart flavors of the LeFou’s Brew frozen drink come in to really drive it all home. Take our word for it until you can try them all for yourself; they’re delicious!
ALERT! A Popular Magic Kingdom Snack Has CHANGED
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor
There are three words that come to mind every time we pass the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor: All-American Sundae.

All-American Sundae
This classic sundae is the epitome of a classic ice cream treat, and with so many toppings to choose from at the restaurant, you can jazz it up to make it truly something special just for your enjoyment.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
If you can deep-cover it in cheese, chances are we’re going to love whatever it is. But when you add that melted cheese fondue on top of crispy bread, it’s going to live rent-free in our minds for years to come.

The Garlic Bread!
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant earns a special place in our hearts for being that shining star in the darkness that knows just how quickly a great savory snack can turn your entire day around. If you’re looking for a snack that’s going to double as a pick-me-up that you probably could (but won’t want) to share with a friend, the Tony’s Garlic Bread for the Table is calling out to you! It’s toasted ciabatta with roasted garlic-butter and parmesan fonduta. What more can you ask for?
I Never Thought I’d Recommend This Disney World Restaurant, But Here We Are
Sunshine Tree Terrace
If you find yourself in search of one of the best sweet treats you’ll find in all of Magic Kingdom, look no further than the I Lava You Float.

I Lava You Float
This treat has it all — popping texture, multiple fruity flavors, and our favorite DOLE WHIP! It truly is a party for the senses when you take your first bite, and it will leave you dreaming about the next time you can grab another.
REVIEW: This Magic Kingdom Quick Service Restaurant Is DESSERT HEAVEN
Aloha Isle
Speaking of DOLE Whip treats, there’s another lurking not too far down the way. Over at Aloha Isle, you’ll find another one of our favorite floats, the Tropical Serenade!

Tropical Serenade
This float comes complete with coconut-flavored DOLE Whip AND a cute Kokmora cake pop, too! It’s the perfect blend of flavors for someone who is looking for a fun, melty ice cream-like treat without the citrusy flavors that will leave your tongue feeling raw afterwards.
REVIEW: We Ate EVERYTHING at the Aloha Isle DOLE Whip Stand in Magic Kingdom
Westward Ho
You’ve got to time your visit just right for this next one, but we promise it’s worth hoofin’ it over to Frontierland for early in the morning. The Mickey-shaped Bacon-Pecan-Caramel Cinnamon Roll is your answer for an almost buffet-like breakfast in one treat!

The Mickey Cinnamon Roll
It’s a harmonious blend of sweet and savory yet textured bites all wrapped up in a Mickey-shaped eat — what’s not to love here?
REVIEW: We’ll Say It — We Found a NEW Snack That RIVALS Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll in Magic Kingdom
Golden Oak Outpost
We know what you’re thinking, but we HAVE to talk about Magic Kingdom’s version of Tiana’s Famous Beignets.

Tiana’s Famous Beignets
Are they Scat Cat Club’s beignets? No. But they’re equally as good in their own right. When you taste these pillowy fried squares topped with powdered sugar, you’re instantly hooked on Tiana’s “man-catching” beignets (Lottie said so herself). You know, when a fictional character raves about a Disney Princess’s cooking so much that Disney brings it to the parks, it HAS to be THAT good!
BEIGNETS Are Now In MAGIC KINGDOM!
Columbia Harbor House
This next restaurant is arguably our favorite to visit when we’re making our rounds for a day spent at Magic Kingdom. The seafood faire at Columbia Harbour House is unmatched in our book. Here you’ll want to pay close attention to the Lobster Roll…

The Lobster Roll from Columbia Harbour House
...Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon…

Maple-mustard glazed salmon
…and our beloved bite-sized snack, their Hushpuppies!

We love these!!!
We threw a proper fit when Disney World removed them from their menu briefly, and we’re not kidding when we say we fought HARD (through the power of suggestion and begging) to have them returned and rejoiced when we were once again able to order them with our meals!
Shocking Sandwich News: Is Disney’s NEW Columbia Harbour House Menu Change a GOOD Thing?
Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies
Coffee fans are going to LOVE the Salted Caramel Cold Brew!

Cold Brew Float
We didn’t know that soft-serve salted caramel ice cream paired so well with Joffrey’s Cold Brew coffee, but it’s a match made for each other. And the real bonus here is if you’re not a super fan of salted caramel soft serve, you can opt to sub it out for a few other classic flavors like creamy vanilla or rich chocolate and make it even more your own!
REVIEW: We’re Formally Requesting That This Tomorrowland Snack NEVER Goes Away in Magic Kingdom
Main Street Confectionery
Last, but certainly not least, is the Peanut Butter Cookie Pie.

Peanut Butter Cookie Pie
Now, you know we had to save the best for last, and because we like you, we’re gonna let you in on a secret. We LOVE picking up a sweet (probably peanut butter flavored) treat at the end of our day at the Confectionery and bringing it back to our hotel room to enjoy in peace. There’s just something about treating yourself at the end of a long day at Disney World that will do wonders for your late-night snack cravings!
