A Limited-Time Dining Experience is Coming to Disney Springs Next Month!

A special event benefiting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation is happening in October in Disney Springs!

Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar and Restaurant is hosting a Pinktober Pairing Lunch that includes an afternoon of mouthwatering tastes with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation. The menu will feature pink dishes and drinks to match the theme, and we have all the details.

Enzo’s Hideaway is located at Disney Springs, and you can join the restaurant for a special afternoon on October 4th, 2025. This special event will begin at 1 PM and will feature three courses paired with unique craft cocktails. The Pinktober Pairing Lunch costs $94.88 per person ($75 for the event, $15 gratuity, and $4.88 in tax).

With your event ticket, you will be able to enjoy a delicious three-course meal that features pink dishes and drinks. Here is a look at the menu for the event:

Antipasto

Strawberry-infused St. Augustine vodka, strawberry syrup, lemon, rose
Fragole e Formaggio: burrata mozzarella, strawberries, basil, aged balsamic, extra virgin olive oil

Primo

St. Augustine gin, hibiscus-infused gin, lemon, Italicus, yuzu
Fusilli alla Vodka Piccante: house-made pasta, spicy vodka sauce, grilled shrimp, tangerine extra virgin olive oil, toasted breadcrumbs

Dolce

Cocoa-infused St. Augustine rum, crème de cacao, cardamom bitters, cherry foam
Meringata: dried meringue, macerated strawberries, sweet vanilla cream
