We’re making our way around every single Food Booth at the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival!

Australia
Next stop? It’s the Australia Marketplace, which is just one year younger than the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival itself, having made its debut in 1997. It’s returning this year with a couple of classic dishes that this booth is known for, while also delivering something new. And the question we’re here to ask is: does the Australia Booth still rank among the must-visit Marketplaces here at the Festival? Let’s find out…
Menu
The Australia Booth has made a name for itself with two Festival favorite dishes: the Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer and the Roasted Lamb Chop. But they’re also changing things up a bit with the Mixed Berry Pavlova for dessert. OK, OK, we’re into it.
Wine drinkers have three options to choose from: Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc, Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz, and Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier. Can’t decide? Try the Wine Flight!
Grab a fork (and a wine glass!), and let’s dig in…
Eats
The returning Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer is $7.
The skewer is served with sweet-and-sour vegetables and coconut-chili sauce. And that chili sauce definitely lends some great heat to this dish! So much so that we wouldn’t recommend this for those who aren’t really prepared for a spicy kick, as the heat lingers even after the tasting. That said, you can also pick up on a hint of sweetness from the berry, so the variety of elements in each bite lends some great flavor variety to this dish, for those who enjoy shrimp.
The Roasted Lamb Chop is another classic! It’s even been honored on our Best of the Fest list in the past. This dish comes in at $8.75 and is flavored with mint pesto and topped with crushed salt and vinegar potato chips. Let’s see if it held up again this year!

Lamb Chop
It’s back — and for good reason. No surprise, it’s still a heavy hitter. The lamb chop comes out thick, juicy, and topped with a brilliant crunch of salt and vinegar potato chips. The chips add texture and that tangy kick you didn’t know lamb needed. The mint pesto brings an herbaceous freshness, and the mint itself gives each bite a nice little “ping” of brightness. Our chop leaned slightly overcooked, landing on the chewier side, but that felt more like a one-off than the standard. Even with that, this is absolutely a must-order.

Roasted Lamb Chop
And for dessert? The Mixed Berry Pavlova is new…ish. You see, the Australia booth has served Pavlova before, including a deconstructed version of the delicate dish. This year’s presentation returns to a more traditional form with a crunchy meringue shell, macerated berries, and whipped cream. You can try it for $4.75. A Disney dessert under $5? Say no more!
This was the true hidden gem of the booth for us. Pavlova doesn’t usually grab attention because it’s simple by design — but here, it shines. The crisp, airy meringue shell delivers a satisfying crunch before softening into a chewy, sugary dream as it mingles with the fresh berry juices. The whipped cream keeps it light, while the tartness of the berries balances the sweetness beautifully. It’s a refreshing surprise for anyone who doesn’t usually chase desserts, and easily one of the sleeper hits of the festival.

We loved this dessert!
Drinks
Here, you can pick up a Wine Flight for $7.50. It features Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc, Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz, and Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier. You may also opt to try any pour individually for $6.50.
We find the Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier from South Australia to be quite dry on the whole.
That said, it also presents a pleasant floral taste with just a hint of sweetness.
White wine fans may also wish to partake in the Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc.
It’s acidic and tart with strong apple notes (though even with the somewhat fruity profile, it’s still fairly dry). This one pairs particularly well with the spiced shrimp skewer!
Finally, the bold Fowles Wine Farm to Table Shiraz is exceptionally dark and peppery.
If you’re choosing just one glass, this one is most recommended to pair with the Lamb Chop.
So, how does Australia stack up overall?
OVERALL
This booth crushes it again. Between the returning lamb chop and the unexpectedly delightful Pavlova, Australia is absolutely worth a stop this year. A little savory indulgence, a little sweet sophistication — this booth is batting two for two for us.

Australia Booth
We’re signing off from Australia for now, but remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from…
