If you’ve ever been strolling around World Showcase during the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival and came across a very, very, VERY long line surrounding one of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths…

Food and Wine Festival Canada Booth
…then it’s quite possible that you’re already familiar with the Canada Booth! This fan-favorite booth, celebrating the cuisine of our neighbors to the North, is a popular destination for just about every guest at the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know.
Menu
Over at the Canada booth, you’ll find a familiar list of options. The same classics have been served for a few years now; there are only two food items on the menu again this year, and both are returning favorites: the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup and the Filet Mignon. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right?

2025 Canada Menu
To accompany the dishes are a beer and a wine option: Collective Arts Brewing Pilsner and Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge.
The question, of course, is whether these items stand up once again to their already stellar reputation…
Eats
The fragrance wafting from the Canada Booth is enough to draw in many guests, and that’s thanks in no small part to the Filet Mignon. It’s plated with mushrooms and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs mashed potatoes, and is finished with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs butter for $10 (a slight increase from last year’s $9.75, but still a solid use of a Dining Plan Snack Credit).

Filet Mignon
Last year, the steak was dry rather than juicy. It was also pretty well done. Yes, the steak was a big downgrade last year. Also, it didn’t really deliver in the flavor department either. But how is it this year? Has it redeemed itself? Well, this dish specifically is always a little inconsistent. They looked good on the counter, but you can never tell just by the look how it will taste.

Filet Mignon
It’s not the best filet mignon you’ll have, but don’t let that statement scare you away. True, it doesn’t cut like butter, and you can’t get it cooked to order. That said, the whole dish had a great, rich, indulgent flavor, from the butter to the potatoes to the mushrooms. It really is a classic dish for a reason!

The steak!
Now, grab a spoon, because next we’re digging into the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup, which comes with a pretzel roll! (This also happens to be one of the eligible items for those who plan to partake in Emile’s Fromage Montage Cheese Crawl.)

Cheddar and Bacon Soup
It’s up for grabs for $6.25, and many find it to be an affordable way to enjoy one of the famous dishes from Le Cellier Steakhouse (the Canada Pavilion’s signature restaurant) — no Advance Dining Reservation needed! Now, this is usually a big hit with us (it’s cheese soup, so OF COURSE, we love it). This one is a MUST if you love cheese — we get it every year for a reason.

Cheese soup!
This is a best of the fest item for sure! It’s super cheesy and super creamy. The bacon flavor disperses throughout the entire soup, which is delicious. The cheese is a very good beer cheese, and the pretzel bread is soft and fluffy!

Pretzel Bread
To put it simply, this is a returning best, and we’re here for it!

Drinks
You can choose the Collective Arts Brewing Pilsner to go with your dishes. The cost is $5.75 for 6 ounces or $9.75 for 12 ounces. The Pilsner was like a classic pilsner. It had a big flavor compared to a lager, and it was a refreshing beer.

Collective Arts Brewing Pilsner
You can also opt for a pour of Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge for $7.50. We’re going to say it…this may be a best of the fest option when it comes to wine. It genuinely tastes like the lightest and freshest Pinot Noir we’ve had. It has a super great red flavor and a pepperiness. It’s not heavy at all, which we loved.

Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge
We would get this again and again and again! This was crazy good wine — we’re not kidding.
OVERALL
We’ll say it confidently: stop by Canada, it’s a must-visit! There is nothing here that you wouldn’t like. From the wine to the cheese soup, there are a couple of things that we think you NEED to try.

Canada Booth
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
