Here at DFB, we specialize in Disney World snacks!
It’s quite literally our job to eat around the theme parks, which means we spend quite a bit of time in restaurants and in line for snack stands. We notice which snacks are popular and which kind of people are ordering those treats! So today, we present to you — the most popular Magic Kingdom snacks for each generation.
Boomers — classics like popcorn & mickey bars; Gen X — corn dog nuggets; Millennials — spring rolls; Gen Z — dole whip or anything viral
Boomers
Starting out this list with the Baby Boomers, our team has decided that they’re prone to eating the classics! They love a traditional theme park snack, especially if it’s something Disney does well — popcorn, Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, churros, and the like.
You’ll often find the Boomers waiting in line at the snack stands and rolling carts around the park, and they’re jumping at the opportunity to buy their grandkids a Mickey-shaped ice cream. You can’t hate on the classics!
Gen X
For Gen X, things start to get a little more nontraditional. The Gen X members of our team thought their generation was best represented by the Corn Dog Nuggets you can find at both Casey’s Corner and Westward Ho.
If you get them at Casey’s Corner, we recommend paying the extra $1 to get plastic cheese as a dipping sauce, but if you’re at Westward Ho, you can head inside Pecos Bill and get queso as your dip! Corn Dog Nugs are a DFB fave, so we definitely approve of this message.
Millennials
For the Millennials, it’s all about the spring roll cart! This cart is located next to the Adventureland main entrance, and it’s home to some fun flavored spring rolls — the most popular flavors (and the current ones) are cheeseburger and pepperoni pizza.
The spring rolls come with corresponding dipping sauces, and though they’re a bit on the pricey end, they’re savory, crispy, and oh so delicious. Man, my mouth is watering just thinking about them!
Gen Z
And finally, we have Gen Z, the youngins! They’re all about the latest and greatest treats, so they’re apt to get whatever is viral on TikTok or Instagram at the moment. Whether that’s the unique menu items at Gaston’s Tavern or the customizable popcorn at the Main Street Confectionery, they’re ON TREND.
However, we couldn’t settle on just the one option for Gen Z. This generation is known for a high rise in vegan diets, and one of the best vegan snacks to get in Magic Kingdom is Dole Whip! So it’s no surprise that we often see teens and 20s standing in line at Aloha Isle.
No matter which snacks you choose when you go to Disney World, you can have an absolutely delicious day if you follow our recommendations!

OH WELL, I guess I am all of the above, because I probably eat all of these things, maybe multiple times on any given week long trip!
I’m generation X but according to your list I identify with the Baby Boomers as far as snacks go. I certainly would never eat a corn dog nugget, not for love or money.
