Picture this: You’re sailing down the river on a boat decked out like your favorite Mexican cantina—complete with cushions, cozy booth seating, festive vibes, and all the tacos you can handle.
This fantasy can be your reality with Cantina Cruises, the new taco-themed party boat from Sea Suite Cruises and District Taco!
Now, you’ll need to travel to Washington, D.C., to take this cruise on the Potomac River. But trust me: This isn’t your average river tour. Your ticket comes with a complimentary drink and chips and salsa — and you’ll be able to buy additional drinks and…TACOS. We didn’t say this was a taco party boat for nothing!
The boat will take you by lots of iconic Washington, D.C. views — so it’s a great addition to a Washington, D.C. trip! The food on board is by District Taco — an iconic taco chain in the Beltway.
You can opt for a full private charter with a crowd of 25-50 or book a “mixer cruise” with a small crew — tables seat 4–8 people. The price for the Taco Party Boat runs $40 to $60 per person, and sightseeing cruises depart from both Georgetown and Navy Yard.
You can cruise (with TACOS!) at lunchtime or around sunset. Cruises last about two hours. How fun would this be for a birthday or even and engagement party?! You can book a Cantina Cruise right here. Let me know how it goes — or better yet, invite me, please! I will hop on a plane for tacos and sightseeing — especially at sunset!
