We are all about celebrating big anniversaries. A few years ago, we were celebrating Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, followed by the 100th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland!
We’re currently celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Disneyland RIGHT NOW. Well, we’re also celebrating one of Disney’s international parks, Hong Kong Disneyland, because it just turned 20! So we made our way to Hong Kong Disneyland to check out everything you can see and do for the big celebration. So let’s take a look at all the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary entertainment!
Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!
We started our day in Hong Kong Disneyland with a show in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams.

This show was created just for the park’s 20th anniversary and invites guests to groove along with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald, with Duffy and Friends.
So much fun
Plus, you’ll also see the Disney Princesses and more…and they’re all wearing their special 20th anniversary party outfits.

This show is fun and vibrant, and a must-see.
Friendtastic!
You can also catch the Friendtastic! parade as it makes its way down Main Street, U.S.A., with 11 floats, over 30 Disney characters, and over 100 total performers. This is 30 minutes of fun you don’t want to miss. Also, be on the lookout for surprises and Easter eggs. Mickey and his friends kick off the parade, and they are having a jam session on their float.

For the first time ever, Duffy and all his friends are all together on a float!

You’ll also see some other familiar faces from your favorite Disney and Pixar movies, including Toy Story…

These floats are gorgeous, and the parade is a lot of fun, so you’ll want to catch that, too.
Momentous: Party in the Sky
You can’t end a day at a Disney park without fireworks, and Hong Kong Disneyland has gone ALL OUT with a 20th anniversary addition to Momentous, Party in the Sky. A special prelude was created just for the celebration, extending the nighttime fireworks show to almost 30 minutes.

There are fireworks, special projects down the entire length of Main Street, U.S.A., and drone choreography — and it is spectacular.

Hong Kong Disneyland is throwing an epic party, so if you have a chance to check it out, you’ll have plenty to wow you during your time there.
