That said, GEO-82 won’t be a fit for everyone. If your plan is to drink around the world, this probably isn’t the place to start. The drinks here are strong and intentional, not the kind of thing you want to slam back before heading to your next stop.

And if your go-to order is something on the sweet and simple side—think vodka cran or a classic margarita—these more complex, elevated cocktails might not match your taste.
