Disney Springs is one of our favorite places to stop when we’re not spending time in the parks — especially because you don’t need a park ticket!

And, The Polite Pig happens to be one of our favorite places to stop while we’re there! Don’t let this quick-service barbecue spot fool you; it’s some of the absolute best food on the entire Disney World property. We recently stopped by to grab a new cocktail, and we’re SO glad we did.

We stopped by The Polite Pig at Disney Springs to check out their new drink for the summer — the Pig Lagoon! It’s made with lemon, lime, coconut cream, and blue Curacao syrup, and you can get it with or without rum. First of all, how ADORABLE is this?!

We’re kind of obsessed with this. It basically just tastes like lemonade and rum, but we sometimes find rum drinks to be really strong on the rum side — this isn’t. You get that tartness from the lemon and lime that kind of scrunches up your face, and like the rum, you can taste it at the end of each sip, but it’s not overpowering. If you are trying to get into rum, this is probably a good drink to try since it’s not so strong.

We’re obsessed

We would totally recommend this to someone looking for a sweeter, tropical cocktail that just so happens to be super cute. It comes with this little pig, like other cocktails we’ve seen at The Polite Pig (like the Pigsty), and that’s just an added bonus. No, 3rd. Oh, it’s so good. It’s almost like a blue raspberry lemonade. We would absolutely get this again — but it did turn our reporter’s mouth blue, so keep that in mind!
