If you’re headed to Universal Orlando soon, we’ve got some big news to share with you.

Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure

You see, something has changed about this ride in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and you’re going to want to know about that change. Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure has been added to Universal’s Express Pass.

Before, if you wanted to ride Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motor Bike Adventure, you only had a few choices — and most meant standing in long lines (this ride is very popular). You could either get in the standby line or try to ride the attraction as a Single Rider. However, the paid option offered as Universal’s Express Pass did not include the ride (this pass lets you bypass the long standby lines for a shorter line). Now, though, that has changed.

Hagrid’s Line

Express Pass costs anywhere from $89.99 to $299.99 per person, depending on the date. The pass lets you skip the standby lines at rides (similar to how Disney World’s Lightning Lane system works). This will likely be the best way to ride Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure with shorter lines, so if that ride is a priority for you, you may want to consider purchasing the Express Pass.

In addition to Hagrid’s, the Express Pass also works at other attractions at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Note that you must still have a valid Universal ticket — Express Pass is an add-on to your ticket. You can also purchase Universal Express Unlimited, which can cost between $119.99 and $329.99 — that pass allows you to skip lines as often as you would like. If you’re staying at one of Universal’s Premier Hotels, though, you can get an Unlimited Express Pass for free, so you’ll want to keep that in mind, too.
