One of Disney’s most popular after-hours events is confirmed to return THIS summer.
H2O Glow After Hours
Disney has officially confirmed that the popular H2O Glow event will be returning to Walt Disney World’s Typhoon Lagoon water park this summer.
The post reads, “Let’s glow! 🌟🌊 Disney H2O Glow After Hours is returning with fun for the whole family on select nights this summer. Stay tuned for more splashing details.” We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to learn more!
The limited capacity after-hours event features Typhoon Lagoon illuminated with a special after-dark lighting package, complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn, select beverages, a DJ dance party, meet and greets with Disney characters, and rides with lower wait times.
As of now, Disney hasn’t revealed the dates for when we can officially expect to attend this event, but we’ll let you know when that information is released — along with when you can buy tickets!

During the 2024 event, the following rides were available during the event:
- Bay Slides
- Castaway Creek
- Crush ‘n’ Gusher
- Gangplank Falls
- Humunga Kowabunga
- Mayday Falls
- Miss Adventure Falls
- Storm Slides
- Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool
