Summer House on the Lake is one of the newer additions to Disney Springs, and it is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a little early. On Saturday, March 15th, from 9 AM to 2 PM, Summer House will be hosting a St. Paddy’s Day Weekend Brunch. If you dine during this time and wear green, you will get a FREE $25 gift card to use on a future visit to Summer House!

Summer House St. Paddy’s Day Weekend Brunch will include dishes like the Breakfast Burrito and Egg Sandwich. If you are looking for some Irish eats, you will want to order the Short Ribbed Hash with sweet potatoes, sunny side eggs, and caramelized onions. Of course, brunch is not complete without cocktails like Summer House’s Bloody Mary and Aperol Spritz.

In addition to the special offering on March 15th, from March 3rd to March 17th, Summer House will have special St. Patrick’s Day cookies and treats available for a limited time at the Cookie Bar!
