ALL the Limited-Time Treats Announced for Gideon’s Bakehouse This Month

Yes, we’re obsessed with Disney snacks — we track them like it’s our JOB (because actually, it is!).

We’re constantly on the lookout for new treats at the parks and resorts, and we try literally HUNDREDS of eats each year in search for the ultimate snacks to recommend to our followers. Over the past several years, we’ve had some snack spots stand out above the others, and among them is Gideon’s Bakehouse. So you know, when Gideon’s is about to drop something special…we’ve got to tell you about it!

Gideon’s Bakehouse just announced their specials for January, and we are PUMPED. First up, in celebration of the 5th Anniversary of the Disney Springs location, they’re dubbing 2025 the Year of the Gargoyle, and there are going to be celebrations all year long!

For special treats, you can enjoy the fan-favorite Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl cookie throughout the month of January. This cookie combines the dough from the peanut butter cookie mixed with the triple chocolate cookie dough, and it’s heavenly for peanut butter-chocolate fanatics! There’s a limit of 2 per person throughout the month.

For cake flavors, you can snag the updated Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake! This is made with two layers of peanut butter cake and a layer of chocolate cake in the middle, topped with a swirl of peanut butter and chocolate buttercream frosting. This cake will be available every Wednesday and Saturday throughout January.

And for all you coffee lovers, the Banana Nitro Cold Brew is the beverage of the month! It’s available every day in January.

On top of the seasonal treats, you can also shop new gargoyle merchandise at Gideon’s Bakehouse in honor of the Year of the Gargoyle. Items will be available on their website and in stores.
