Santa is almost here!

Christmas in Magic Kingdom
We have celebrated the holidays for over a month now, thanks to Disney World’s festivities like Jollywood Nights and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party. It’s our favorite time of the year and now even more spots in Disney World are getting in on the fun.
Everyone is getting into the holiday spirit this year! Over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness, you can find some amazing dining options like Hoop-De-Doo Review Musical Revue, Trail’s End Restaurant, and Crockett’s Tavern. You can also play games, go for horse rides, and fish out on Seven Seas Lagoon at this Disney resort.

Welcome to Fort Wilderness
One of our favorite things to do at Fort Wilderness? Head over to Tri-Circle D Ranch! Tri-Circle D is home to those adorable Disney horses we all know and love. You can find tons of Disney history in this spot and you can even go on a pony ride if you’re young enough.

Welcome to Tri-Circle D!
This is a gorgeous, and free, spot to check out at the resort and campground but now it’s even decorated for the holidays! Over on Instagram, Dr. Mark Penning, Vice President of Disney’s Animals, Science, and Environment, shared how even the horses are getting in on the holiday fun. Watch the video here!
They put presents out for all of the good horses and ponies and added jingle bells to their harnesses! Presents sparkled as holiday lights lit up the barn. Bows that reminded us of candy canes were added onto cheerful wreaths and poinsettias lined the halls.

Disney horse
We love seeing everyone, even the Disney animals, get in on the cheer just in time for Santa to make his annual trip across the globe. If you’re looking to meet Santa Claus in Disney World before he takes flight tomorrow night, you can find him in all four theme parks and Disney Springs!

Santa in Animal Kingdom
We can’t wait to see what all of the horses get for Christmas this year! I know a few of them have been asking for hay and a new bridle. Don’t forget to keep following DisneyFoodBlog for all of your Disney fun and festive findings!
