Disney World isn’t just for us common folk — celebrities seem to love it, too!
You just never know when you might run into when you’re at the Most Magical Place on Earth. We’ve seen Star Wars icons, music stars, and even award-winning actors. As it turns out, a Disney celebrity recently announced he’d be coming to Orlando soon and we’ve got all the info!
Josh Gad is arguably one of the biggest Disney stars of the last decade, and now he’s ready to tell us all about his life in a new autobiography! In Gad We Trust will be released in January 2025, and to celebrate, the icon is going on a book tour that includes Orlando.
Gad will be hosting an event at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando on January 21st! There will be two shows, one at 7PM and one at 9PM. Tickets are available on the Dr. Phillips Center website and cost anywhere from $60 to $100 (not including taxes and fees) depending on where you’re seated.
If you can’t make it to Orlando, Gad will be performing in a few other cities as well:
- January 14th — New York City, The Town Hall
- January 15th — Philadelphia, Perelman Theater
- January 16th — Chicago, Anthenaeum Center
- January 22nd — Fort Lauderdale, Broward Center
So, what can you expect from this event? Well, the description says, “Throughout the evening, Josh will be sharing stories ranging from fatherhood to self-image to his career and more. His storytelling will be sure to bring a smile to your face and leave you feeling inspired to keep going, even when the chips and doubters are stacked against you. We promise you won’t want to miss this one-of-a-kind event!”
The actor wrote of the book, “I am thrilled to announce that I too am staying in the race and by race, I mean publishing my memoir, IN GAD WE TRUST, which you can pre-order now ahead of its January ’25 release. In the age of book banning, it felt like the right time to test the waters and release something that will resonate with readers who are still allowed to read literature in 2025. From the highs and lows of my career to the personal moments that shaped me, this book is a deeply personal look into my life and experiences.”
In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye out for more potential celebrity sightings in Disney World! Josh Gad seems to love Disney just as much as we do, so we have a pretty good feeling he’d be planning to stop by.
