A very special guest made a stop by the Country Bear Musical Jamboree recently!
Country Bear Musical Jamboree
The new show opened in the Magic Kingdom on July 17th, 2024, replacing the iconic Country Bear Jamboree. Some of the changes included some new voices for the characters, and the voice of one of the characters recently stopped by Disney World.
Chris Thile from the Nickel Creek band recently visited Disney World with his family! He also stopped by the Country Bear Musical Jamboree, where you can hear him as Wendell’s voice and mandolin playing.
In an Instagram post, he mentioned that he grew up going to Disney Parks and still remembers the first time he brought his son to the parks. He wrote, “every time we go, it’s like I get to be 9 again WITH him.” In addition to stopping by Country Bear Musical Jamboree to watch Wendell in action, the family made their way around Disney World, including a stop by Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. We loved seeing Chris Thile’s reaction to Wendell, and we are glad they had a great time at Disney World!
