We are so excited for the holidays around Disney World!
The parks get decorated to the nines in the jolliest decor. We also get lots of yummy holiday treats and not one but two holiday parties to celebrate! We’ve enjoyed both Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney’s Jollywood Nights and had a blast at each of them. So far this year, we’ve seen Christmas decorations around Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom, but now EPCOT has finally followed suit!
It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas in EPCOT! The iconic, massive tree has officially arrived between Port of Entry and Disney Traders as you enter World Showcase.
The tree is as beautiful as always, with green, blue, purple, and golden ornaments. It’s always a show-stopping tree that we enjoy admiring each year.
If you’re visiting EPCOT, keep your eyes peeled for even more holiday decorations, especially around World Showcase at each country pavilion. Each pavilion is decorated according to that country’s customs, and it’s pretty neat to see! Also, starting soon, on November 29th, the International Festival of the Holidays begins in EPCOT, bringing delicious international holiday foods, entertainment, and storytellers.
The Festival of the Holidays ends on December 30th, so you’ll have about a month of enjoying the holiday cultures and customs of countries from around the world. We’ll be covering the festival on the first day, so for full coverage of all the food, drinks, and entertainment, stay tuned to DFB!
