We’ve got BIG Disneyland news to share!

Lots of change is coming to Disneyland soon! Disney’s already announced a reopening date for the refurbished Disneyland Railroad and the debut of Lightning Lane Premiere Pass for the theme parks. But, Disney just confirmed something we’ve been keeping a close watch over and we’re so excited about this new change!

We’ve been speculating about a weird space at Disneyland Hotel for quite some time and now it seems we have an official answer! If you’ve been following along with us for a while you’ll know that we’re HUGE fans of Disney hotel lounges and this one elusive spot is no exception.

Since the debut of this new lounge space last year, we’ve only been able to refer to it as the “Lobby Lounge” until recently. This moody lounge space is certainly a vibe and we spotted a subtle change recently to this Disneyland Hotel lounge that called it the Broken Spell Lounge.

This lounge resides near Goofy’s Kitchen in the Fantasyland Tower of Disneyland Hotel and we noticed its dark setting with forest decor, green accents, and villainous vibes. While we didn’t officially have an announcement from Disneyland just yet, we figured it wouldn’t be too long before we would hear something more official and it seems our patience has paid off!

Disney just announced the lobby lounge’s name change to Broken Spell Lounge which officially took over on October 21st at 7PM. In their announcement post, Disney also confirmed our sneaking suspicion that this lounge’s theme followed closely after the animated classic, Sleeping Beauty.

While our last visit here wasn’t terribly remarkable with only a few of the items we tried really outshining the rest, we’ll be interested to check out their offerings in a return visit soon!
