Wait Until You See What's Happening With Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Disneyland

Y’all…there is SO much construction going on in Disneyland right now.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland

Yes, it’s awesome that we’re getting so many new things, including an Avatar-themed land and a new Coco ride. Downtown Disney is FULL of construction walls, but SO MANY NEW RESTAURANTS are coming to the area. Haunted Mansion is getting a new queue and gift shop! We’re also excited about Critter Country becoming Bayou Country and bringing a re-themed Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree with it. We’re MOSTLY excited about Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, though, which is making BIG progress: we spotted ride testing recently!

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will be opening in Disneyland on November 15th, which isn’t really that far away at all! So you can imagine how excited we got recently when we were checking on the ride and saw ride vehicles being tested on it. Now, granted, the ride vehicles were empty, but this means we’re one more step closer to the ride’s grand opening, as well as early previews.

Oh, by the way, we even heard the ride music while the logs were being tested. ALMOST THERE! (Yep, we had to say it.)

However, we also noticed something new NEAR the ride. As we previously mentioned, this part of Disneyland, known as Critter Country, will become Bayou Country when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens. Well, one of the buildings that was previously behind scaffolding near the ride now says “Welcome to Bayou Country.” Stay calm, stay calm, it’s really happening!
