Disney World Hotel Guests Have a BIG Perk Right Now, but It Only Lasts Until September 10th!

What if we told you there was a way to stay in the Magic Kingdom after dark, enjoy FREE popcorn and Mickey bars, and walk right onto your favorite rides with no wait? Sounds like a dream, right?

Well, you can make that dream a reality! Recently, Disney confirmed that its popular After Hours events will return in 2025, and tickets are available to purchase now. But before you go running to the Disney World website, you might want to read this first.

If you prefer to sleep in and hit the parks at night, then After Hour events might be the way to go. Disney created these special limited-capacity events to help people enjoy smaller crowds and lower wait times! We’ve attended several of these events in the past, and they can be a LOT of fun.

Disney recently confirmed that After Hours tickets will be available in 2025 for the following parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. With an event ticket, you can enter the parks as early as 7PM and stay until three hours after park close — that can give you plenty of time to accomplish everything on your to-do list!

There’s even a DANCE PARTY with Chip and Dale!

The fist event of 2025 begins on January 6th at Magic Kingdom, followed by a January 22nd event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then a February 27th event at EPCOT. Disney shared that Magic Kingdom and EPCOT will have After Hours events from 10PM-1AM, while Hollywood Studios will offer the event from 9:30PM-12:30AM (most nights — check the calendar for updated hours).

EPCOT After Hours are BACK for 2024!

Now, to answer the question you’re probably asking right about now: what’s it gonna cost? Well, ticket prices range from $175 to $185 (plus tax) for Magic Kingdom, $155 to $175 (plus tax) for EPCOT, and $155 to $185 (plus tax) for Hollywood Studios. If you’re an Annual Passholder or Disney Vacation Club member, you can get discounted tickets for both the EPCOT After Hours and Hollywood Studios After Hours.

Interested? This is important, so keep reading! If you’re staying at select Disney World hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green, you can purchase tickets starting NOW (September 4th). Everyone else can buy tickets on September 10th.

Keep in mind that the Disney World ticket calendar will ONLY show potential availability for the dates you have a hotel stay booked — you cannot see the whole calendar of After Hours available until September 10th.
