We’re pretty sure we can’t scroll through TikTok without a video showing off a pink box full of cookies. But, can we please give some well-deserved love to the COOLEST cookie shop ever?

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a popular bakery located inside of Disney Springs with a line that wraps around the shop pretty much every day, and with good reason.

Their GIAGANTIC cookies, as well as other yummy treats, are handmade from scratch, with ingredients you’d see in a confectionary dream. But the cookies aren’t the only iconic thing about this shop. From the gargoyle guarding the brick exterior to the whimsical, gothic vibes inside, this bake shop is known for so much more than just its cookies. But, that totally is a big plus.

Every month, Gideon’s reveals new and returning menu items, including sweet treats and beverages, along with exclusive merch. And with the start of September finally commencing, they’ve shared the newest items to hit the shop!

The Sea Turtle Cookie

Inspired by the classic candies from 1918 the Sea Turtle Cookie is baked with premium Chocolate and Homemade Caramel that’s sure to be ooey and gooey as it spills from the sides. Paired with whole candied pecans and lightly sprinkled with their signature Sea Salt, this cookie is pure perfection.

This Sea Turtle Cookie will be available every day of September and is limited to 2 per person each day while supplies last.

The Sea Turtle Cake Slice

Baked to impress, the Sea Turtle Cake Slice consists of three layers of soft Chocolate Cake completely frosted in Butter Pecan Buttercream.

Complete with Caramel and Candied Pecans, slices are available every Wednesday and Saturday of September and are limited to 2 per person.

Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew

Also returning for September is one of our favorites, the Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew. This drink is 100% housemade and is also Vegan and Gluten-Free.

You can only grab this delicious coffee at the Disney Springs location and is only available for a limited time. ⁣⁣⁣

Nosfère Merch

Nosfère will be dawning the collectible menus for this month, which you can get in line at Disney Springs or with any merch order placed in September on the official Gideon’s website.

Merch featuring Nosfère includes a limited edition shirt and sticker, available in stores and online.
