REVIEW: We Tried Disney's Crunchy Donuts, and We Have THOUGHTS

Sometimes you just want a snack that is fun, and well, Disney often delivers on that.

In Disneyland, we’ve had our share of super fun Pixar desserts, thanks to Pixar Fest, a Matterhorn-themed Dole Whip (celebrating our favorite “spine-adjusting” ride), some colorful Pride snacks, and even a new Choco Taco-dupe. So now, we’re heading to Toontown in Disneyland (which got a huge makeover in 2023) to visit Cafe Daisy for some fun mini donuts!

We’ve had Daisy’s Goody-Goody Donuts before, but now, the mini-donuts have been given a fun upgrade. You can now get House-made Mini Blueberry Donuts with Icing Drizzle and Crunchy Cereal (aka Fruity Pebbles) for $6.49. Okay, so first off, these mini donuts are SO much fun, but adding Fruity Pebbles to ANYTHING makes it fun, right?

Of course, we have to see if these donuts live up to the hype, and we’re happy to report that they taste as fun as they look. First, you get a fun shareable snack (if you WANT to share) — you get a total of five mini donuts. The donuts have a nice light blueberry taste and are so moist! The Fruity Pebbles also provide the perfect crunch and fruity flavor, blending well with the blueberry flavor.

They’re FUN!

There’s supposed to be an icing drizzle glaze on top of these, but we really didn’t see a lot of that. It does add a bit more sweetness, though, but it doesn’t take away from the fruitiness of the donut and its topping. Overall, we’d say this snack is a 4 out of 5. We also think kids would LOVE IT.

The Kid’s Pizza is also a blast — it’s got a pepperoni Mickey on it (seriously, all food should be Mickey-shaped). The Chili-Cheese Sauce is also EVERYTHING — get that and some chips and you are SET.
