Remain calm, but a treat we have been waiting for since the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sandwich Disney Eats collection debuted has finally arrived! This Disney Eats collection debuted in May and featured a Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sandwich that couldn’t even be found in the parks.

However, Disney World has come to the rescue (kind of) and released a Mickey Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich that looks strikingly similar to the treat featured in the Disney Eats collection. The treat is a mouthful of words, and we are slightly confused as it is NOT an ice cream sandwich. But when we saw that we could get our hands on a similar treat, we had to try it!

You can grab the Mickey Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich in the Main Street Confectionary for $7.79. It is two chocolate cookies sandwiched with mint chocolate chip flavored buttercream frosting. We thought the chocolate cookies tasted similar to the round brownies you can buy in the grocery store. It crumbles in your mouth and is a bit on the dry side, but it does have a good chocolate flavor to it. 

The Mickey Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich has arrived!

The frosting inside is a whipped frosting and it is VERY minty. There is definitely no lack of sugar in this dessert, and the main flavor we tasted in the frosting was mint. While there were a few chocolate chips in the frosting, the mint flavor definitely overpowered them. The chocolate chips are small, and while they give a nice chew to the treat, there is only a little burst of chocolate from them.

If you are a fan of mint chocolate, this would definitely be a good dessert option for you. The mint flavor is very prominent without tasting like toothpaste, and you do get a decent amount of chocolate flavor from the cookies. We wish the cookies were a bit sturdier and didn’t crumble quite as much though. We wouldn’t say this is our top pick for treats you could get from the Main Street Confectionary, but it is definitely more unique than a basic cookie or cupcake. 

Now we can wear the collection and eat one too!

And now, you can officially eat the treat while wearing the Disney Eats Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sandwich Disney Eats collection. This collection dropped back in May and had many of us scratching our heads over the non-existent treat that was being featured. The collection is supposed to be of a Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sandwich that contains green ice cream with chocolate chips. While we still don’t have the exact ice cream sandwich that was featured, we at least have a treat that is reminiscent of it!

You can also grab the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Sandwich Ear Headband that even features an ice cream sandwich with a bite taken out of it. While they may not be the exact treat that debuted at the Main Street Confectionary, we are definitely seeing the resemblance!
