CONFIRMED: Exclusive NEW Character Meet-and-Greet Coming to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World!

The Halloween season is a fan favorite at Disney World! We simply love all the spooky Halloween decor, the exclusive snacks, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you’ve been thinking of attending a Halloween Party this year, we have great news — a NEW character meet-and-greet is coming SOON!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a FUN seasonal event held on select nights throughout the season. Guests who visit this after-hours event can expect exclusive treats, shorter attraction waits, special Halloween entertainment, and more!

Disney’s “Halfway to Halloween” event is HERE, and Disney just released some NEW Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party details! That’s right, people — we have news on meet-and-greets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year.

The Seven Dwarfs

This year, Disney tells us that we can meet Mickey and Minnie in all-new costumes and have a special meet and greet with Bruno and Mirabel from Encanto in the Fantasy Garden in Magic Kingdom. Mirabel meets here each day, but Bruno joining her is particularly exciting!

The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will kick off on Friday, August 9th, 2024. Additional parties will take place on select nights through October 31st, 2024. Last year, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ran from August 11th through November 1st, with 38 dates to choose from. Disney hasn’t released a full list of dates yet, but in the past, we’ve seen the party take place most Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays between August and October.

Disney announced that tickets for the event will go on sale SOON, on May 15th. Some people will be able to buy tickets EARLY — guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can purchase these special event tickets beginning May 8th, 2024!

We’re can’t wait to hear more about this year’s event! We are already planning our Halloween costumes — anyone else?! This is historically a super popular event, so we recommend purchasing your tickets ASAP, especially if you want to go in late October or close to Halloween (the dates closest to Halloween tend to sell out first).
