By this point, we’re all eagerly aware that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is likely opening soon in Disney World, and it’s getting harder and harder to keep our excitement to ourselves.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure

The new ride will feature new characters, new critters, and a new story. The smells of beignets and the sounds of the Bayou will welcome us onto the ride. And while we know a bit about the ride and its premise, we’re still hopelessly in the dark. But there is one request we have for Disney, and a cute, new video we recently saw on Instagram only makes us want it more.

Disney shared an adorable reel on Instagram of the actor who voiced Lottie in The Princess and the Frog grabbing a few bags of beignets (500 beignets to be exact) at Disney Port Orleans — French Quarter Resort. She was the perfect Lottie in all ways (and her VOICE! 🤩).

Seriously, those beignets sure look delicious! We know we could pop over to the French Quarter to grab a few, but we have a different idea in mind.

What could possibly be better than snacking on some hot and fresh beignets from Tiana’s Palace while in the line for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom? Port Orleans is great, but we NEED a Tiana’s Palace with beignets in Magic Kingdom! Disney hasn’t made any comments about it coming to Disney World (the restaurant is already open in Disneyland), but this is our reminder to Disney that it’s what we truly need to complete the Bayou experience.

We’re pretty sure Lottie would agree.

Go get him, Lottie! And we’ll be sitting here patiently waiting to eat some beignets in Magic Kingdom (we may never know how long we’ll be waiting).
