We’re Expecting BIG Announcements from Disney on May 7th — Here’s Why

We’re waiting for some big news to come from The Walt Disney Company.

Disney has announced several projects for the future, including updates in Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Disneyland Resort, as well as new ships for Disney Cruise Line. There are plenty of things to look forward to in the years to come, especially if we count upcoming movies, TV series, and Disney+ content. So when can we find out more information about these projects?

One of the best ways to stay up to date with the projects Disney’s currently working on is to tune into the company’s quarterly earnings calls. These calls will typically go over Disney’s earnings and statistics from the previous fiscal quarter, but they also often offer news about the goings-on at the company.

Disney just announced that the 2024 Q2 earnings call will take place on Tuesday, May 7th at 8:30AM ET. The quarterly earnings report will be released before the call starts. To listen to the call, you can tune in to the webcast on The Walt Disney Company website.

In the past, we’ve gotten details about upcoming parks projects and Disney+ content from these earnings calls, so it’s possible we could get some important news during this one as well. We’ll be tuning in to listen to what Disney CEO Bob Iger and the other executives have to say!
