Gideon's Has a NEW Cake in Disney World, and HOW Did They Not Think of It Sooner? 🤤

It is OFFICIALLY April! A brand-new month can mean a lot of different things at Disney World. However, one of our favorite things that we get to find out at the beginning of each month is some of the limited-time food options you can find!

A lot of these limited-time treats can be found at Disney Springs — like the burger of the month at D-Luxe Burger, monthly specials at Ghiradelli, and SO much more. One of our FAVORITE monthly specials comes from a spooky place — Gideon’s Bakehouse. Lucky for us, the specials at Gideon’s have been ANNOUNCED for the month of April, so let’s dig in!

Hearing about the exciting things coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse each month is one of our favorite things. They always provide so many new eats and sometimes bring back returning favorites — this month is no exception!

To begin, the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie has RETURNED! This time it has gotten a little revamp, with a coating of macadamia nut crumble sprinkled on top. Of course, it also has Gideon’s homemade salted caramel baked right in too. Can somebody say delicious? These are here every day of the month while supplies last, with a limit of two per person.

Gideon’s is bringing us a brand NEW cake of the month! Make sure you head over to any Gideon’s location on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the month to check out the Pineapple Dream Cake. This cake is made up of their classic vanilla cake and is frosted with pineapple buttercream. On the inside, it is layered with housemade pineapple jam and pineapple caramel, and there are some brown butter caramel crumbs on top. We’re drooling already!

To top off the food offerings, they are also bringing us the Limited Edition Banana Nitro Cold Brew! This is their classic cold brew infused with syrups made from REAL bananas. You can snag this at their Disney Springs location throughout the month.

Of course, we can’t have all of these special monthly treats without a new character. Everyone, welcome Holly Mackerel! She is the newest addition to the Gideon’s Bakehouse family.

To top off all the NEW things coming this month, the Baby Gargoyle candle is now here! If you think you’ll like the scents of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bourbon, Myrrh, Sandalwood, Musk, Shea, Amber, and Cedar — be sure to check it out!

We LOVE seeing all of these NEW things coming to Gideons, and hearing about all of them is a highlight of our month.
