Looking to get some perks on your Disney World vacation? There are some affinity groups you could join!
Disney World Annual Passholders get perks like free magnets, free parking, and discounts on merch, food, and resort stays (occasionally). Disney Vacation Club members get similar offerings, as well as access to member-exclusive lounges. But what about Disney Visa cardmembers? They get some big perks too!
If you get the Disney Visa credit card, you can score some great savings and fun offerings during your Disney World trip, as well as outside the parks.
First of all, Disney Visa cardmembers can save 10% on their meal at select restaurants in Disney World, as well as 15% savings on select guided tours in the parks. (Now’s the time to book that Keys to the Kingdom tour!) Occasionally, Disney will also offer Visa discounts on rooms at its hotels.
And if you’re a character fan, there are a few Disney Visa photo spots in the parks where you can meet characters with little to no wait! You’ll find these in EPCOT near the Magic Eye Theater and in Star Wars Launch Bay at Hollywood Studios.
Going to Disneyland Resort instead? These same perks can apply on the west coast! Disneyland offers select dining discounts, discounts on merchandise with specific spending conditions, and a photo opportunity at Star Wars Launch Bay.
On top of all these deals, you can also find limited-time offers listed on the Disney Visa website. We’ve seen everything from discounts on Citizen watches to savings on Broadway show tickets listed on there in the past. So make sure to keep up to date with the savings available!
So if you’re on the fence about getting a Disney Visa, hopefully this will help you decide! If you would use these perks in the parks and around town, it might be a good idea.
