NEWS: McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme Announce Nationwide Partnership

We hold this news very near and dear to our hearts and are excited to see how this decision plays out. It’s been a long time coming, but McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme are OFFICIALLY joining forces! Oh, that’s not the news you were expecting? Well, we’re glad to be the ones to share it with you! This is a BIG DEAL to us here at DFB, and we gotta share the details with you.

We love seeing two worlds collide, especially when they both provide some delicious eats. This isn’t just a one-time collab, either! According to CNBC Krispy Kreme is planning to sell their doughnuts at McDonald’s locations nationwide for the long haul.

We’ll take a Big Mac and Krispy Kreme doughnut combo, please!

We’ve seen this partnership getting tested for a while, and we’re glad that it is turning into a long-term deal. In 2022, the two companies come together at 9 different McDonald’s restaurants throughout the U.S. Eventually, this expanded to 160 different locations — and now we finally get to see this become a nationwide deal.

Y’all know we LOVE McDonald’s, especially because it is a quick and easy bite to eat while you’re at Disney World if you’re not feeling like eating at the parks and resorts. This partnership will make it so much easier to grab a sweet treat while you’re enjoying your meal, especially since McDonald’s discontinued their McCafe bakery goods back in 2023.

You’ll be able to find an array of these doughnuts — ranging from single donuts to a 6-pack. They will feature the original glazed, chocolate iced with sprinkles and chocolate iced cream-filled options. Right now, you can also find these options in various grocery stores and gas stations throughout the U.S.

McDonald’s plans to expand this partnership to every single location by the end of 2026. We are SO excited to see how this plays out and to get our hands on more doughnuts. And, dare we say it, maybe even pair it with a McCafe coffee!
