There’s a NEW DOLE Whip in EPCOT!

Come with us to Refreshment Outpost, where we’re going to try all the tasty festival eats on the menu, including a brand-new DOLE Whip flavor. Here’s a word of warning: this DOLE Whip is a bit spicy!

At Refreshment Outpost, we’ve got a nice combo of new items and returning favorites.

We can’t wait to dig in!

Eats

First up, we grabbed the NEW Seasonal Fruit Parfait for $7. This is a bright refreshing treat that is made with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango. This is a Plant-Based dish that is also part of the Garden Graze Food Stroll, so be sure to get your passport stamped! Y’all – this is AMAZING. This is a lot like those spicy Dole Whips we often see in Disneyland. It’s nice and light with a flavorful mango Dole Whip. The spice just offers a perfect balance. It made our lips pucker — but in a good way, we promise!

Next up, we grabbed a returning favorite — the Tangerine soft-serve for $6.50. Now, be aware that this isn’t DOLE Whip. It’s soft-serve ice cream, so there is dairy in this treat. We loved this treat in years past, but just know that it melts QUICKLY. This is one of our favorite flavors and we kinda’ wish we could get it year-round. It tastes like tangerines with just a hint of vanilla. SO good.

And finally, if you’re feeling a little extra, the Ice Cream Float made with Tangerine Soft Serve and Barq’s Red Cream Soda for $6.50 might be just the thing! First, it already has that tangerine soft serve WE LOVE, but the addition of the creme soda just makes it PERFECTION. It’s fizzy tangerine creamy goodness. (We know it looks just like the soft serve pictured above…honestly, our editors had a hard time telling them apart once the ice cream started to melt!)

Drinks

In terms of drinks on this menu, there are three new beers to test out!

First up is the Crooked Can Brewing Sorpresa Picante Pale Ale Winter Garden for $12. We found this beer a little hoppy, but not TOO much. We also got some floral notes when sipping on it.

Next up, we’re trying the Woodchuck 802 Barrel-Aged Hard Cider for $12. This is SO easy to drink, and that could be a good or bad thing. It is very light with hints of apple, but it is quite sweet. But it’s a win for us!

The third beer you can get here is the SweetWater Brewing Co. Fruit Punch IPA for $12.

Also, the Lavender Martini has returned this year. This drink is made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with lavender and lemon.

You can get it for $12. 

OVERALL

We’ll just say it. Everything here is a big hit with us and if you’re looking to try a Dole Whip snack with a little bit of a kick, we say the Seasonal Fruit Parfait is the way to go. We’ll also never say “no” to the Tangerine Soft Serve or the Float (mostly because that soft serve is in it). This is where you want to be if you’re looking to eat some cool treats on a hot day in EPCOT.
