2024 is going to be a year of new and exciting things in the world of Disney!

Disney shared a look at 24 new things coming to the parks in 2024. Several things were not new information, such as the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, CommuniCore Plaza and CommuniCore Hall, and Pixar Place Hotel. But as we scoured through all 24 items, we noticed an almost hidden bombshell!
Disney has announced that construction on an all-new Disney Vacation Club lounge will begin in 2024!
Disney Vacation Club
Disney Vacation Club is sort of like Disney’s version of a timeshare. You can purchase points to use towards certain rooms at certain resorts that are deemed DVC resorts. Most of these resorts are top-tier Deluxe Resorts and are located near Disneyland, Disney World, and even in Hawaii. Once you purchase points, you are considered a DVC member, which comes with certain benefits.

DVC members can have access to specialty events and merchandise. There are also several DVC-exclusive lounges found around the parks. You must be a member to use these lounges. And now, we have learned that a new one will be coming to Disney World!

Unfortunately, no other information was given about this new lounge. Disney only mentioned to be on the lookout for more news to be given in the near future. So as of now, we do not know where the lounge will be located within Disney World or when it is expected to open. But don’t worry, we’ll be keeping a close eye out for all the news!
