You Can Meet a RARE Character at Disney World, But You’ll Need to ACT FAST

Believe it or not, the holiday season is still in full swing at Disney World.

Still merry over here!

Yep, glimpses of Christmas are still scattered throughout the park, and many will remain until after the start of the new year. One of those magical little glimpses is a rare character that you can meet at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Until December 31st, Duffy will be meeting visitors at It’s a Wonderful Shop from 10AM to 7PM! He’s all dressed up in his holiday best, too! He met with folks during the exclusive Jollywood Nights events, but now, he’s there all day.

If you’re hoping to meet Duffy, you’ll just walk up to the Cast Members outside of It’s a Wonderful Shop to join the queue.

It’s similar to a virtual queue

It’s sort of like a dining reservation in the sense that you’ll get updates via text message on when you can return.

After a bit of a wait, we were finally able to head inside to meet adorable Duffy! His outfit is everything.

Hi, Duffy!

If you’re unfamiliar with Duffy, he’s a stuffed bear that Minnie made for Mickey to tag along on all his adventures. He originally debuted at Disney World in 2002 at the Once Upon a Toy Store.

He eventually made it over to Disneyland, but now can most commonly be found at Tokyo Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disneyland, and occasionally on Disney Cruise Line.

He’s iconic, and he’s RARE, so act fast and meet him while you can!
