The Cast of a NEW Disney+ Show Shared Their Thoughts on an EPIC Disney Park Expansion 👀

We all probably have lots of ideas for what we think should be Disney’s next big project.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

With news that Disney plans to spend $60 billion on expansions and park additions, we’ve most likely all begun dreaming up what we think are good ideas. Now that Disney has given us entire immersive lands like Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, World of Frozen, and Pandora, we have high hopes for what’s to come. It appears we aren’t the only ones dreaming of what’s to come. The three main cast members from Percy Jackson and the Olympians seem to have some thoughts of their own for Disney.

While the new show isn’t even out on Disney+ yet (it premiers December 20th), the young cast has some thoughts on a new park attraction or, in their opinion, a whole new land. Leah Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, and Walker Scobell shared, in an interview with Complex, that they think a new ride revolving around the Percy Jackson story is a great idea, and we don’t necessarily disagree!

They believe there is potential for a development like Avengers Campus in Disneyland or like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal. They have their sights set pretty big for this new, upcoming show.

Leah started by saying, “They should definitely put out a ride though. They should have one whole park, where there’s a part with Camp Half-Blood and then the Tunnel of Love ride. It would just be so amazing because then that way fans could experience it. That would be so cool. “

Aryan added, “Like Avengers Campus in Disneyland.” And Walker chimed in, “Or like Hogsmeade in Harry Potter at Universal.” They were very excited as the thoughts and ideas poured from them. They might be on to something with these ideas, though! Disney is no stranger to creating immersive experiences and with the story already having easy things to incorporate like Camp Half-Blood and a Tunnel of Love ride, it may not be a stretch.

Disney is the top theme park designer when it comes to bringing a story to life. Perhaps, they need to bring these three teens into their Imagineers to share their inspiration and ideas for a new expansion. With $60 billion and a whole new show to use for ideas, we can see the possibility. However, since the show hasn’t premiered yet, we may have to wait and see how well it is received before any cross-promoting happens for Disney.
