A NEW Dish Was Quietly Added to the Bubbles and Brine Booth In EPCOT!

If you’re an EPCOT fan, then there’s a good chance that you keep up with the seasonal festivals.

This year, festivals started to look a little DIFFERENT toward the end of the year. Four never-before-seen booths popped up during the Food and Wine Festival to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary, and it was announced that the booths would stick around for Festival of the Holidays. The booths kept the same menus… or so we thought.

Bubbles and Brine is dishing out a NEW menu item for Festival of the Holidays! It totally snuck on the menu.

Say hello to the Chilled Seafood Trio! It’s $21, and in it, you’ll find jumbo poached shrimp with Prosecco cocktail sauce, a Jonah crab claw with stone-ground mustard sauce, and oysters on the half shell with sparkling creme fraiche and caviar. While this is a new offering in itself, the items in the trio were already here, sans the oysters.

We HAD to try it, and it was honestly a pretty solid option. For the oysters, there’s lots of creme fraiche so we couldn’t get a lot of the oyster flavor. They’re pre-shucked before arriving at the booth, so keep that in mind.

They weren’t shucked too well, though, and we had to work ’em a bit to get ’em moving. One of them was pretty gritty, too. HOWEVER, we’ve had far worse experiences at finer dining establishments than this EPCOT booth.
