Gideon’s Bakehouse
When you’ve got a sweet tooth as bad as we do and you’re in the theme parks all the time, it’s hard NOT to think about all the delicious sweet treats we could be eating. And right now, we’ve got one place on our mind — Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. This month, they’ve announced some special seasonal treats!
On Instagram, Gideon’s Bakehouse announced that there will be some new cake slices this month! You can now get the Frankenstein Cake Slices and Bride of Frankenstein Cake Slices every Wednesday and Saturday in October, while supplies last.

You can also order either flavor as a whole cake preorder on the Gideon’s Bakehouse website. The Frankenstein cake is made with three layers of chocolate cake, Oreo buttercream, and M&Ms with a chocolate ganache. Gideon’s has served this cake in the past.

The Bride of Frankenstein cake is two layers of vanilla cake sandwiching a layer of chocolate cake, topped with Golden Oreo buttercream. This one also has the reverse ganache drip that definitely seems to be gravity-defying. This flavor is a brand-new addition!
