One challenging part of planning a trip to Disney World is deciding what to pack!
A Disney World trip means lots of walking, and, most of the year, lots of hot weather. And that usually means dressing cool and comfortably. But a Disney World trip can also include some great dining experiences at places where you might be inclined to dress up.
In fact, some Disney World restaurants have dress codes. So today, we’re taking a look at what you should wear to one Disney World signature dining experince — Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs.
This is Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s first Pan-Asian restaurant focusing on Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. The waterfront restaurant showcases selections from across the entire continent of Asia. The two-story venue features show kitchens where chefs exhibit traditions like Peking Duck Carving.
Dim Sum also factors into the menu. Guests can enjoy waterside seating or grab a drink in the cocktail lounge as well. But do you have to be dressed a certain way to get in? Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code at Morimoto Asia. You are safe to head there after a day at the parks in your shorts and t-shirt. We would note, however, that it is an opulent setting, and you will see diners who are dressed up for more of a night on the town than a day riding TRON and Jungle Cruise. So, if you do have time to dress for dinner, you may want to, but you will be just fine either way!
