The live-action Little Mermaid movie is almost here — are you READY?!

You can prepare for the big event by watching the trailers, checking out the secrets of the upcoming movie, and getting dolled up like the underwater princess. But now, we have details about the NEW way you’ll be able to celebrate this upcoming film — in Disney World AND Disneyland!

Disney had previously announced that a live-action Little Mermaid meet-and-greet would be coming to Disneyland and Disney World this summer. And earlier today, Scott Gustin (via Twitter) shared some news about the opening date of the new meet and greet with the live-action version of Ariel!

According to Gustin, Disney has confirmed that the new meet and greet will officially open on May 26, 2023 — the opening date of the film — in Disney World and Disneyland.

In Hollywood Studios, you’ll be able to meet the live-action Ariel in Walt Disney Presents. It appears this will be located in the area that was previously being used for a Sulley meet and greet.

In Disneyland, you’ll be able to find her at the promenade near “it’s a small world”.
