So many Disney World snacks, so little time. But you know us — we’re going to make time for anything made with Dole Whip (okay, we make time for pretty much ALL the Disney snacks — but Dole Whip is our JAM).

Swirls on the Water

So when we noticed a new Dole Whip flight at Swirls on the Water at Disney Springs, we were ALL over that. Let’s just say this — we were not disappointed.

So the new Dole Whip flight at Swirls on the Water includes three Dole Whip flavors: Dole Whip mango and habanero soft serve swirl with chili lime seasoning and a lime wedge, Dole Whip watermelon and Dole Whip lime garnished with pink sugar salt, and Dole Whip pineapple and vanilla soft serve with a pineapple wedge. They sound a lot like cocktails in Dole Whip form!

Okay, let’s start with the Dole Whip mango and habanero soft serve with chili lime seasoning and a lime wedge. The flavor combination was kind of weird, but we liked it. The spiciness made it unique, and the habanero worked well with the refreshing mango. It’s not SUPER spicy, but if you’re sensitive to spicy foods, you still might want to skip it.

The chili lime seasoning added a nice bright touch. Note: the sign at Swirls on the Water says it’s habanero soft serve with lime Dole Whip, but it’s supposed to say Mango — we confirmed that with a Cast Member.

SPICY Dole Whip

Okay, so let’s talk about the Dole Whip watermelon and Dole Whip lime garnished with pink sugar salt because this might have been our favorite of the three. The lime and watermelon combo gave us watermelon margarita vibes, especially with the bold flavor of the salt on top. This isn’t a mix either, but two Dole Whip flavors swirled together — it’s so fruity and refreshing. However, if you don’t like salt on a dessert like that, be warned!

Finally, we’ve got the Dole Whip pineapple and vanilla soft serve with a pineapple wedge, which is just that solid pineapple tart and fruity flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy vanilla soft serve. Think Piña Colada but as ice cream!

So the downside of all three of these is that they melt FAST. It gets hot in Florida, and if you can’t eat these quickly, you’ll be drinking them instead (which may not be a terrible thing since the flavors really are reminiscent of cocktails). The flight is $7.49 and it’s a great way to try out three flavors at once.
