With some of the biggest, most dense cookies in Disney World and some of the richest, most indulgent cakes in the game, there’s a reason Gideon’s Bakehouse has such a big following. Now, Gideon’s Bakehouse is back and ready to share LOTS of helpful info, so let’s take a look!

Most Disney fans know Gideon’s Bakehouse has earned an impressive reputation with its signature cookies. Each month, guests are treated to a new seasonal flavor of cakes and cookies. Sometimes, the treats are so popular they SELL OUT before the end of the day!

We LOVE Gideon’s Bakehouse

To kick off the month of May, Gideon’s Bakehouse is serving a NEW White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cake.

The cake is made with three vanilla cake layers that are covered in macadamia cream cheese frosting and topped with a salty and crunchy macadamia nut crumble. That’s it. We’re canceling all our plans and RUNNING to Disney Springs immediately.

Daydreaming about a box of cake right about now…

Before you start lacing up your sneakers, keep in mind that this cake is available every Wednesday and Saturday throughout May, so check your calendar before your visit!

Gideon’s Bakehouse has special cake dates each week.

While we’re on the subject of CAKE, Gideon’s Bakehouse also shared that the popular ⁣Carrot Cake served on Easter Weekend will be back on the Cake Slice Menu every Sunday in May at both locations. It’s a good day to be a Gideon’s Bakehouse cake-lover!

As one final note, Gideon’s Bakehouse Instagram account shared a helpful tip for those interested in even MORE cake. If you’re interested in a whole cake (not just the mega-slices you can get at the counter), guests can preorder whole cakes with a minimum notice of 72 hours and up to 30 days in advance. Note that this option is only available at the Gideon’s in the East End Market — NOT the Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs.

This is just one SLICE; imagine how big an entire cake is!
