An Important WARNING if You’ll Be in Disney World Next Week

Next week, we’ll be saying goodbye to a lot of the decor, snacks, and entertainment that has carried us through the past 18 months. But, all good things must come to an end, right? We’ve already seen some fan-favorite snacks disappear, and we’ve seen some park information changes be made. You probably already know where we’re going with this…

That’s right, Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is ending on March 31st, 2023. With its departure, we can expect to say goodbye to some merchandise, park decor, snacks, and live shows and entertainment. Next week could be your LAST CHANCE to experience some of these things!

We’ve already seen some 50th anniversary snacks disappear, such as the EARidescent Sip-a-bration, the 50th Celebration Tart, and Walt Disney’s Favorite Chili in a Bread Boule. The Glimmer and Shimmer Blondie is also going away…sort of. The blondie will remain on the menu at Fairfax Fare in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, just without its fancy 50th anniversary decorations. We’re expecting this to happen with some of the other treats as well — they may stick around in some form, just without the 50th decorations.

Don’t worry though, there’s more fun in store. The Disney100 Celebration will be making its way to EPCOT for more fun, and the beloved Happily Ever After show will resume at Magic Kingdom starting April 3rd.

While we’re so excited for what’s to come, we can’t help but be a little sad over some of our favorite snacks, merch, and experiences leaving. What is it that Pooh said? About being lucky that we had something that makes saying goodbye so hard?
