The Owner's "Least Favorite Cookie" Is Now at Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

If you’re hoping to strike gold with a fan-favorite dessert offering this St. Patrick’s Day, you’re in luck!

Three dessert options have made their way onto the Gideon’s Bakehouse menu for this weekend ONLY, in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. These will be served in limited quantity, so be sure to head to Gideon’s Bakehouse SOON if you’re hoping to dig into these treats. Alright, we’ll stop talking. Let’s take a look at some desserts!

Gideon’s shared on Instagram that three items would be available on Friday, March 17th, Saturday, March 18th, and Sunday, March 19th while supplies last. (Pssstt… If you love mint and chocolate, you might want to make plans to head to Gideon’s NOW.)

First up is the Mega Mint St. Patrick’s Day Cake, which features vanilla cake layered with Super Mint Green Buttercream. This will unfortunately be sold only by the slice…sounds like we might definitely want to eat the whole cake! Gideon’s describes this as tasting like “the perfect Mint Ice Cream.”

Next, we have what the Gideon’s Bakehouse owner, Steve Lewis, describes as his least favorite cookie, but everyone else’s favorite. The Mint Cookies and Cream Cookie! This staple cookie is infused with Andes mint and topped with Andes mint pieces for an extra blast of minty flavor. Yum!

This isn’t the first time Gideon’s Bakehouse has reluctantly released a highly requested treat. Just last month they created the Eternal Flameless cookie, which is the no-heat version of the Eternal Flame cookie. In the post announcing this new treat, the owner said, “Fine. Here’s your no-heat Eternal Flame. Now leave me be. 😝⁣”

Last but most certainly not least is the Mint Chocolate Bite Bag, which includes six of Gideons’ Triple Chocolate Salted Andes Mint Bites, sprinkled with green sugar crystal sprinkles.
