Every year Disney offers a whole host of races for runners looking to participate in some extra-magical events.
Through runDisney, already this year challengers were able to participate in two races so far: The Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend in January and the Princess Half Marathon in February. Now, we have more information about another 2023 runDisney event!
Let’s go runners! Disney just announced the themes for the 2023 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, and it’s all about good food and good company.

Banquet Bash is the running event held during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. There are a total of four “courses” inspired by “favorite moments found around the table” with Disney characters. The four events are a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and 19.3-mile Two Course Challenge.
The 5K (3.1-mile) course is themed after Disney’s Alice in Wonderland. It’s where you can celebrate a very merry un-birthday with Alice and friends on November 3rd.

The 10K (6.2-mile) course is themed after Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Here you will adventure with Lumiere, Cogsworth, and the other castle friends on November 4th.

The 13.1-mile Half Marathon is themed after Disney’s Encanto. You’ll join Mirabel and the family Madrigal to push past the “surface pressure” on November 5th.

And then there’s the 19.3-mile Two Course Challenge! Here you and your imagination will be running with the loveable Figment in both the Half Marathon and the Wine & Dine 10K. Challengers will need to complete both courses on November 4th and 5th.

@Disney
You can also join the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon virtually!
