In just a few short days, Disney California Adventure will begin celebrating all the flavors of California with food, beverages, and TONS of special events. That’s right, it’s almost time for the Food and Wine Festival!

This fan-favorite festival will begin on March 3rd, 2023, and will run until April 25th. You’ll have a month and a half of food and fun! While the food and beverage booths and entertainment options are typically all the rave, there are a few “extras” that come along with the festival that are worth experiencing.

On select dates during the Food and Wine Festival, you can join chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists as they take you behind the scenes of creating Disneyland’s most sought-after cocktails, wines, and small plates.

No one does cocktails like Disneyland!

You can attend Trader Sam’s Tiki Mixologist Seminar to learn how to make the famous HippopotoMai-Tai, a fan-favorite drink served at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. This experience will take place at the Disneyland Hotel on Monday, March 5th, and Monday, April 10th, for $159 per person, plus tax and tips for your mixologist.

You can also join the chefs, sommeliers, and art historians at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa for a Food and Wine Experience that allows you to sample locally-sourced wines and expertly paired plates at the Hearthstone Lounge. The Food and Wine Experience will take place on Friday, April 21st, for $225 per person, plus tax and tips for the chefs, historians, and sommeliers.
